Normally, I have been using the Cross hatching technique when I draw realistic people. I wanted to learn other techniques, so I went online and learned quite a bit.

For this picture, I decided to show the squiggles since it looks more abstract and interesting.

The fourth outfit in my video A Shaded View on Fashion Film 2010 competition that will be judged by Diane Pernet and Tavi Gevinson. This outfit is more of a punk style.

This Outfit- Grey color skinny jeans, yellow belt with studs, grey boots, white collar-shirt(no sleeves), fish net vest, and torn up scarfs(purple & yellow).

And as you can see, I gave her a long earring(my mom said you are a lesbian if you wear your earring only on one side..? I wonder who came up with this manmade idea? I really think that it's perfectly fine. What do you guys think?

I really like these kind of earrings but it might get stuck to something or get pulled by some kid.

P.S. My ears aren't even pierced.

So.. I said I have finished my video for A Saded View on Fasion Film 2010 which will be judged by Tavi Gevinson and Diane Pernet. Here is the first outfit in the video.

This outfit- turquoise boots, Obi(a sash for Japanese dress), scallop prints on skirt, floral prints on pleated skirt.

I cut out some characters from the comic strip 'Zits' and turned it into a collage dress. I LOVE 'Zits', the drawing is always fun!

Wooden-framed spectacles, plus a 'Zits' hat! I just can't stop loving skinny Boney! She's so fun to draw.

Oh, and I finally finished making the video for the 'A Shaded View on Fashion Film 2010 competition' that will be judged by Tavi Gevinson and Diane Pernet. Just left with adding the introduction, and upload it to youtube.

Here is a quite recent painting. I came up with this cute theme from my signatures. So, the signature here is 'Cows Playing Tic-Tac-Toe'. Done on the 1-6-2010 using poster color.

Theme of this painting: Cows eating sushi and playing Tic-Tac-Toe on a field. The tortoise is used as a table (my first time drawing a tortoise!).

Thursday already. Time really flies(where's the fun these days?).

Well, today is artwork day... So, here is a painting I did using poster color. It's the end of winter, the snow is melting. This was the first time I colored a turquoise sky.

Theme of this painting- Life on the farm.

Everyone busy with the A Shaded View on Fashion Film 2010 competition? Well, I am very busy with it. That is why I decided to show one of my older fashion designs for today.

Today's outfit- Fish nets, boots, wristband, green alligator skin jacket(let's go fake for the animals), and a black dress with white-colored, criss-crossed lines combined with layers of purple chiffon.

Fashion artwork: A lil' of everything

Greetings everyone! Today I am kind of late to post, because I was out in the city. I have some photos, but the camera is not with me now. Let's just look at my design first.

I have already typed out beside the picture what the part of the clothe is made of, just in case you want a summary.

This outfit- light blue colored cotton t-shirt combined with a denim corset. On the sleeves, are green rectangles made of plastic(for a futuristic look), and nets sewn to the shirt(punk look). skirt is a tutu(sweet look). This outfit paired with boots, white leotards, and a bead necklace.

4 tickets and a Humanoid CD I won from Hitz.fm. Didn't use the tickets, because the queue was so long, so I knew I would be at the back. So just watched from somewhere else.. Hopefully, next time it would be done at a stadium.

Tokio Hotel T shirt my aunt bought for me. Price RM 80! Says it's made in Morocco, why not Germany?

Let's see.. We have square-shaped tribal earrings made of metal , a plunging V-neckline dotted top, puffy shorts, three-layered belt, choker pearl necklace, and a Gatsby hat.

The final look of the platform to go with the outfit. Kind of confusing to type it out, so I just wrote the words next to the drawing to explain. Let me try- a gum-like ball made of wood to insert your toe, the back of the ankle strap has a pom pom. and the front of the platform is slightly curved upwards.

I've been waiting quite awhile to post this! Enough of my older artworks for now, let's enjoy my newer ones =) Today is all about science. I just love making things wacky, so I drew two scientists that that wear the same old normal lab coat, BUT they wear mad high heels and leather belts.

Here they are with my piano surface as the background. I like the flash, it adds perspective. Oh, the woman is wearing a turtle neck shirt on the inside of her coat. Click to see their snake leather belts closely.

Luckily I wrote the date. Anyway, this is pertaining to science, so I added a spring at the back.

The runway. The lines you see are from the newspaper. So this is a collage.

I love the backgroung I did. Kind of bloody according to my brother..But I want a wild feeling. Swirl, spots, and splashes if you look closely.

Hi hi everyone =D It's that time again, to post me older works. Ever think about the future? I do, a LOT. This outfit is based on the letter 'D', I'm sure you guessed that too. Pink hair for some impact.. White space boots. And just to make things more interesting, I added a knee sock that has vibrant colors with all the square shapes becoming wider and wider.

Just experimenting with colors here, trying to use as many colors as possible. This is a mask in mid-air. The light is coming from below. I kind of had a problem thinking how this and that color should be with where the light is coming and all.

In process. I always love painting the eyes! And the green stuff on her is fungi.

The case behind this mask: Fungi on face indicate that this is an old mask that had somehow come out from whereever it was from. And, it has resurfaced to get back whatever it came back for.

It's not Thursday but I decided to post this today because soon I am going to be busy with some classes. So here- a painting of a spirit coming out of a vase, and some random objects floating around. Done on the 23/3/10. I did not color the way I usually do in this painting, I am experimenting as always.

Painting in process, I just love the cat and the eye make up =) And, I hate flies(who doesn't?) but I like my fly here popping out of this spirit's eye O.0. Oh, and I bet crime scene investigators love flies because it would lead them to a crime scene or something..Let's not get too serious here.

A dress inspired by a mop.. Neckline is made of thick rolled up cotton that has sort of a futuristic look. Big red colored belt with three buttons. And, lower part of dress is made of layers of thick cotton sewn together like a pom pom, with some jigsaw prints..

It's Thursday, and it is the day where I post my artwork. So, here you have two girls or should I say young ladies standing side by side. They don't look the same because I styled them to look different, but heir face structure is there. On the left is the twin sister with a punk attitude, and on the right is one who is sweet and has a retro hair style. Not much shading here, but you get the idea of how they look. Remember my other artwok post titled 'Realistic person', that's the only one with the most shading, and the only one that looks 3D. But, in time to come, there will be more 3D artworks, for now I will post the 2D artworks =)

The fashion here: The sweet twin(a sweet V-neck dress), as for the other twin- a long sleeve white colored T-shirt with pins x strings.

I have to type this really fast now, feels like I'm trying to hack into a computer! I am off to Johor, and no one told me till later =.= So uh, here is a umm, kind of a Gothic dress. CLICK for a larger picture. Done on the 24/2/2010. As I said before I take art classes but I haven't learned how to draw realistic humans(Will learn this when I go to college). I bought ten art books as part of my homeschooling elective, instead of starting at the 1st book I jumped to the 7th or 8th book cause it was about humans! So here is my most realistic person I have ever done after studying the book. Hair is never real enough..the book doesn't say much about how to shade =s, was really daring with the shading here, I have never shaded this much in my other realistic drawings. So, anything about fashion in this picture- the beaded necklace around her neck, an accessory.

Now then, back to fashion. This dress- thick yellow and purple cloth made of cotton, rolled up and then sewn into one piece. Shoes- high white-colored pumps. Simple and elegant, suitable for an evening wear.

Y0u do not need a lot of accessories to look great. This outfit itself is already elegant. To finish the look, I gave her a black and white flower hair pin. Accessory that go with this outfit: a collar/choker/princess pearl necklace, some bracelets, or you could do with just a clutch bag.

Some notes about the pearl necklace:

1) Collar pearl necklace- Found in three or more strands, fits around the neck, suitable for V-neckline, scooped neckline or an off-the-shoulder dress or top.

2) Choker pearl necklace- A Classic piece that lays at the base of the neck right above the collar bone. Suitable from casual to formal wear.

3) Princess pearl necklace- Rests just around the collar bone. Suitable for any high neck clothing, as well as a plunging neckline.

I am contradicting myself.. I said I would be posting my older artworks for the time being, but I couldn't resist posting this crazy shoe I designed on the 28/2/2010. I'm not a person who wears high heels but I do like looking at shoes and designing shoes(actually I just started designing shoes). This design is based on wild life and nature. This shoe- snail shell, vines, cheetah skin. Heels would be made of wood. Got lots more of crazy heels coming, but let me show them in the future kay?

Boy, do I feel really tired today! Is it the heat or what? Just got back yesterday from my cousins house, finally I can use the computer. Anyway, for this few weeks or months I will be posting my older artworks. Here is the first one, I got lazy to color the poster color way, so I decided to try doing water color even though I haven't learned it yet. This outfit- inspired by the inside of the beehive. I remember how many times I had to rub trying to get the hexagon shape in place(phew! glad it's done, though I just realized not all my hexagon shapes are right ><''). For this outfit: A half cotton jacket, and a yellow-hexagon bee inspired dress. Suitable for work wear?(Not in my country of course)

And, this is the back. No head(lazy XD). The half jacket actually had wings but I didn't like how I drew it. So here you are. This is from Berlin, and I am buzzing off~
